iPad 登場！

とは言うものの、個人的には、ミニマムの予想が当たってしまいました。
iPod touch を大きくしたもの、で、おそらくこのまま行けば、iPod touch は無くなると思っています。
というか、、、Apple TV 的なニオイが…。まぁ、Apple TV ほど失敗には至らんと思いますし、むしろ、iPad がApple TV を母艦とした動きをしてくれると、Apple TV が、よぉやくお役に立つんでは？　という気もします。
iPod mini からiPod nano へ移行したように、スッパリと無くなるかどうか、はわかりませんが、現状でいくと、iPod touchとiPadで、利用差が出るとは思えません。
ゲームを携帯したいなら、だからiPhone 3G S使えってば！　というソリューションであるとしか考えられません。

よぉは、Macでない、ハンドモバイルなデバイスとして、始終持ち歩くにはiPhone 3G Sを、家の中を持ち歩く程度で使うにはiPadを、ミュージックプレイヤ単体ならiPodを、というデバイスごとにソリューション分けをする、ということでしょう。

また、日本では、3G電波利用版が、出るかどうかは怪しいです。初めの1年は、Wi-Fiオンリー版のみが、ワールドワイド展開という形になるかもしれません。なぜなら、この3G SIM、Micro SIMという、どーゆー規格よそれ?!　ってモノなので。。。まー、SIM Freeだと言ってますが、日本で言うとこの、EMOBILE的な？　EMOBILE同士ならSIM差し替え可能ッスよ、ってモノでしょう。Micro SIM規格であれば、国際的にいかなるSIMでも利用できるunlockだ、と発表されてます。

を見ていただければわかるのですが。まぁ、あちこちの情報も基に、日本語化してみますと。
iPod touchの日本語ページとiPhone 3G Sの日本語ページを参考にしてますが、項目タイトルが、両方を基にしてるっぽいので、ジャストiPod touch後継、というわけでも無いのか、単に3G電波を使うから、そういう表記が必要になっていて、iPhone 3G Sしか共通のモノが無い、ということなのか、まだまだ謎は多いです。
